Looking for the perfect Business 200 opportunity?
Junior Achievement is looking for students of business to teach basic business and economic lessons to inner-city elementary and middle school students.
"This is a great opportunity as it is a flexible way for you to use your business education and help inner-city youth while fulfilling your Business 200 requirement," noted Sam Ginnis, president of Tommies4Tomorrow, which provides volunteer opportunities for Junior Achievement.
To participate, attend one of three mandatory training sessions scheduled this week:
- Tuesday, Dec. 4 – noon-1 p.m.
- Tuesday, Dec. 4 – 5-6 p.m.
- Thursday, Dec. 6 – noon-1 p.m.
All training sessions are located in Room 117, McNeely Hall.
Junior Achievement training sessions also include an optional Business 200 learning service seminar, which is required for Business 200.
