Pack a lunch and join the Bunch Who Lunch at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 23, in the O’Shaughnessy-Frey Library Center, Room 108. Dr. Shelly Nordtorp-Madson, Art History Department, and Susan Price of the O’Shaughnessy-Frey Library Center will give a presentation at noon and afterward will lead a walking tour of the library.
Attendance is free, but dessert (with coffee or tea) may be purchased for $5 prior to the event. A door-prize drawing will be held after the tour at 12:45 p.m.
Due to limited space, email Julie Kimlinger by Feb. 17 to RSVP, and indicate "with dessert" or "without dessert." Those opting for dessert must pay in advance by mailing $5 to Kimlinger through campus mail: 5004.
Bunch Who Lunch began 25 years ago as a group who gathered for potluck lunches. This eventually evolved into themed get-togethers where the group explores various topics perhaps through expert-led talks or demonstrations, and always lively conversations over lunch.
Have a topic you can’t wait to talk about? Any department or group is welcome to organize a Bunch Who Lunch event. For information on how to get started, email JoAnn Toussaint.
