November is Lung Cancer Awareness Month.
Celebrate the Great American Smokeout with Colleges Against Cancer today, Thursday, Nov. 17, during convocation hour in Murray-Herrick Campus Center.
Free “Cancer Sucks” suckers as well as information on smoking and its risks for causing lung cancer will be available, and a gift-card drawing will be held for those who sign a pledge to be smoke-free.
