Medicare prescription drug coverage info session is Feb. 4
The Center for Senior Citizens’ Education will host an information session on Medicare Part D, prescription drug coverage from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4. This session will begin (from 10 to 11:30 a.m. ) in the O’Shaughnessy Educational Center auditorium
Presented by Kelly Jo Greiner, Minnesota Department of Human Services’ Department on Aging, it will include a general explanation of the benefit, various types of plans available, eligibility and requirements, as well as questions from the participants.
From 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. , participants will have an opportunity to sit at a computer, look at the various plans in relation to their own individual prescription drug needs, and with assistance of staff from the Department of Human Services, determine their best individual choices.
