Because of the Easter weekend break, Friday through Monday, April 6-9, all orders for the Catering Department on the Minneapolis campus for the week of April 9 are due by noon Wednesday, April 4.
Additionally, if there are changes to existing orders for the week of April 9, the Catering Department needs to be notified by noon April 4.
