Last night, I attended the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBAs) year-end celebration hosted by General Mills. I serve on the Board of Directors for NSHMBA, and this annual event enabled the members of the board to reconnect with our local sponsors. The celebration was our way of saying “thank you” to our supporters that have helped us with financial and in-kind donations over the past year.
The event was attended by over 250 people, representing companies including 3M, Delta, General Mills, Medtronic, Target, UnitedHealth Group, and many others. In addition to having a fabulous dinner with great company, the Twin Cities Chapter President, Gabe Castaneda, shared with all attendees our vision for the future as a chapter, our goals for the next year, and future sponsorship opportunities for interested companies.
The event gave attendees an opportunity to network, make additional professional connections, reconnect with their NSHMBA friends, and salsa the night away. ¡Muchas gracias!
