October is National Theological Libraries Month

The University of St. Thomas community is invited to celebrate National Theological Libraries Month with the Archbishop Ireland Memorial Library this October.

We are marking the month in two ways. First, the ongoing used theology book sale is expanded to two tables with a recent donation from the library of a retired Old Testament professor. Hardcover books are $1, paperback books are 50 cents and pamphlets are free.  Visit often – more will be added throughout the month.

Also, show us how much you know about Ireland Library and you could win a 32-gigabyte USB drive! We have designed a crossword celebrating Ireland Library and its services for this year’s Theological Libraries Month. Blank crossword puzzles are available at the circulation desk, and you can drop off your completed puzzle in the yellow drop box at the reference desk. All correct puzzles will receive a candy bar and be added to a drawing at the end of the month for the 32-gigabyte USB drive. You have two chances to enter with one puzzle available now and a second puzzle that will be released the last week of October.
