The St. Thomas community contributed more than 300 favorite recipes in 2009 to create the Opening Kitchen Doors cookbook, and a limited supply is available at a reduced price of $15 each. To order, print and complete this form.
Cookbooks can be purchased at the St. Paul or Minneapolis campus bookstores, and will also be offered for sale at the First Friday Christmas Luncheon on Friday, Dec. 3; the President’s Christmas Party, Friday, Dec. 10; and the Children’s Christmas Party, Saturday, Dec. 18.
Proceeds from the cookbook sales go to the NESC Scholarship Fund. The fund was established to provide support to children of nonexempt staff members who are enrolled at UST and are accepted into a study abroad program, and to UST nonexempt staff members enrolled in the undergraduate program who are accepted into a study abroad program.
