Panel to discuss, show effects of alcohol tonight
Mythbuster: Do you think you can beat the Preliminary Breathalyzer Test (PBT)?
A presentation and discussion on the effects of alcohol will be held at 7 p.m. tonight, Monday, Oct. 1, in O'Shaughnessy Educational Center auditorium. This interactive session will examine how different levels of intoxication affect a person's behavior and actions. Participants also will talk about the operation of Preliminary Breathalyzer Tests, current laws and the consequences of excessive drinking.
Representatives of Residence Life, Public Safety and the St. Paul Police Department will take part in the discussion. In addition, a panel of three non-UST adults over the age of 21 will show how alcohol impacts them.
