Dr. Patricia Conde-Brooks, University of St. Thomas executive director of campus inclusion and community, recently spoke with MLatino Media about Latinos in Minnesota, including the rise of Latinas in the workforce. She talked about how there are now more Latinas getting more education than Latinos.
