Richard Couillard, 77, of Burnsville, died Thursday, Sept. 3. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 11, at St. Richard’s Church, 7540 Penn Ave. S., Richfield. Visitation is one hour before Mass.
