At 2 a.m. on June 4, the St. Paul Police Department reported a non-UST-affiliated individual was walking along Cleveland Ave. when three suspects, not known to the victim, pulled up in a vehicle. The suspects exited the vehicle, asked for a cigarette and then robbed the victim. Personal property taken included a phone and a wallet that contained a large amount of cash.
