Public Safety publishes a monthly newsletter
New this year, the Public Safety Department is publishing a monthly newsletter, called the Public Safety Press. The publication serves as an opportunity for the Public Safety Department to personally introduce the members of the department as well as to inform the community of timely and pertinent information.
In each monthly publication, you will find articles on many topics that include but are not limited to: current events, parking information, campus emergency procedures, serious campus issues, summaries of upcoming activities, criminal activity reports, new employee profiles, campus statistics and safety tips.
The overall intention of this publication is to inform the campus community of the services available through Public Safety and make you comfortable calling the department for assistance.
The Public Safety Press October 2006 newsletter is available in the Public Safety offices in Morrison Hall on the St. Paul campus, in Opus Hall on the Minneapolis campus, or at the Parking Services Office at 2119 Grand Ave. It is also available on the Public Safety and Parking Services Web page.
