The Opus College of Business will co-sponsor the 19th annual Multicultural Forum on Workplace Diversity on Feb. 20-21, 2007, at the St. Paul RiverCentre. The mission of the forum is to advance diversity in the workplace by enhancing awareness and understanding to bring about an inclusive workplace environment.

Workshops offered cover a wide range of diversity issues, such as framing business logic for diversity, women in the workplace, immigration and spirituality issues in the workplace. The forum also offers specialty tracks in health care, education, law and for small businesses and nonprofits. Both continuing education units (CEUs) from the University of St. Thomas and the Society for Human Resource Management and continuing legal education credits (CLEs) will be offered.
