Please remember in your prayers Milo T. Madson, 85, of Dassel, Minn., who died Friday, July 6, at the Lakeview Ranch, in Dassel. He was the father of Dr. Shelly Nordtorp-Madson, Art History.
A memorial service was held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 21, at the Gethsemane Lutheran Church in Dassel. Visitation is one hour prior to the service at the church.
After serving in the U.S. Navy, Milo was employed as a government surveyor and worked on the Boulder Dam in Colorado. He had also worked in New Mexico and Nebraska, moving from camp to camp. He farmed from 1952 until 2009.
