Retiring archbishop and longtime faculty member to address St. Thomas graduates Dec. 21
The retiring leader of the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis and a longtime faculty member will address graduating students and their guests at University of St. Thomas winter commencement ceremonies on Friday, Dec. 21.
The university will award 211 bachelor
