Scratch Track hip hop concert Friday
STAR welcomes the "music sensation" Scratch Track for a free concert Friday, Dec. 5.
Scratch Track, an acoustic hip hop group with its own style, different vibes and unique sound, will perform at 8 p.m. at Scooter's. Guests are welcome.
