Social Work Club thanks 'Cookies for Coats' donors
The Social Work Club thanks everyone who donated coats and also thanks Breadsmith, 1579 Grand Ave., for donating a dozen cookies, for the club's "Cookies for Coats" drive Nov. 1-3.
More than 70 winter coats were collected, as well as more than 40 hats, mittens, snow pants and scarves, plus many spring and fall jackets and other clothing items.
