Annual 'South of the Border' festivities celebrate Cinco de Mayo

Looking for a way to celebrate Cinco de Mayo? All UST students are invited to the South Campus Hall Council’s annual “South of the Border” festivities on Wednesday, May 5.

Stop by from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Cretin-Grace backyard, just in front of Brady Educational Center, to enjoy a number of games and activities, including a dunk tank, featuring the south campus staff; an obstacle-course trivia game; Spanish dance lessons; a soccer game; and more. A limited number of sunglasses will be given away.

Students also are invited to enjoy a mariachi band in the Binz Refectory as they eat from a Spanish-themed buffet.
