A team of eight St. Thomas math students took first place at the sixth annual Math Jeopardy! competition held at Augsburg College on Nov. 2. Teams from Augsburg, Concordia and Macalester also competed.
The team consisted of junior Adam Berkowitz; sophomores Robert Klemm, Broderick Prokosch, Rachel Stang, Amanda Tenhoff; and freshmen Dana Connelly, Carol Mikhael and Connor Skidmore.
Both computational and trivia questions are asked in Math! Jeopardy, and students pick from categories, as on regular Jeopardy!
