St. Thomas to Celebrate International Education Week Nov. 15-19

Ben Michel was the winner of St. Thomas' 2009 International Photo Contest for this picture of a proud father and his daughter taken in a New Delhi, India, train station. "As always, I first asked if I could take their picture," Michel said, "and they were happy to oblige. The trains in India may not be the most accommodating, but the people sure are."
