Planning to study in Italy in fall 2007?
Get started on your Italian visa application paperwork. You will need to have the local Honorary Italian consul sign your Italian student visa application in April. (The IEC will announce the date and time of this signing session.)
Any later applications may require a personal visit to the Italian consulate office in Chicago.
To prepare:
- Apply for or renew your passport immediately (if you will need a new one).
- Apply to your study-abroad program by March 15, 2007.
- Put together visa application materials in March. (Contact a study abroad adviser for a visa application checklist.)
