Summer Hatha yoga starts next week
Summer yoga is open to UST students, staff and faculty. Come learn to relax your body and mind through the stretching and breathing activities of Hatha yoga.
Some typical benefits of this practice include: increased energy, improved flexibility, reduced stress and more restful sleep.
Here is the schedule of classes:
- St. Paul campus
Noon-1 p.m. Tuesdays, June 13-Aug. 8 (no class July 4), in the Fireside Room, Murray-Herrick Campus Center
- Minneapolis campus
Noon-1 p.m. Wednesdays, June 14-Aug. 9 (no class July 5) in Room 357, Terrence Murphy Hall
Here are the cost options:
- $48 for an eight-week session
- $40 for any five sessions
- $10 to drop in for a session
To sign up, send an e-mail to the Wellness Center and indicate which cost option you’re going to choose. Payment will be due the first day of class.
