Last week, first-year students received an email survey from the UST Libraries, and they received a reminder message this past Monday morning.
Sometime Monday night the survey software vendor had an unreported service outage that lasted until Wednesday afternoon. If you tried to take the survey during this time you may have gotten a message stating that the survey was closed. This is not the case, and if you still wish to take the survey, UST Libraries encourages you to do so by using the custom links in one of the earlier emails.
As stated in the emails, the survey will be available until the end of the work day on Friday, Sept. 30. UST Libraries apologizes for the inconvenience you may have experienced.
