Talk on film, story, ' Babette's Feast,' is Saturday
The Catholic Studies Women's House is sponsoring a talk by Dr. Mary Reichardt, Catholic Studies Department, on the film and story " Babette's Feast," by Isak Dinesen.

The gathering will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, in Sitzmann Hall.
In her courses at St. Thomas over the years, Reichardt has introduced many students to this story of hospitality, artistry and sacrifice. All women are welcome to delve into the meaning of the tale, and enjoy the excellent snacks that will be provided.

Reichardt is faculty director for the Lilly Grant program Beyond Career to Calling, and co-editor of Perspectives, the Catholic Studies magazine.
