Today’s the ticket deadline for Friday’s holiday dinner-dance at the University Club
“Baby, it’s cold outside” is the theme of the second annual holiday dinner and dance that will be held Friday, Dec. 1, at the downtown St. Paul University Club.
The evening is sponsored by the Sophomore Class Council, with the cooperation of the All College Council and STAR.
Tickets are $20, which includes the dinner, dance and transportation. Ticket sales have been extended through the end of today, Monday, Nov. 27. The tickets are being sold at the Box Office in Murray-Herrick Campus Center. The number of tickets are limited due to fire-code capacity at the University Club.
Buses to and from the dinner-dance will run throughout the evening. The first buses will depart from the Summit Avenue arches at 5:45 p.m. Those taking the bus at that time are asked to arrive 10 minutes early. The second buses will depart at 6:25 p.m.
Dinner is at 7 p.m. and dancing starts at 8:30 p.m.
“Celebrate the holidays with all your friends,” said Britney Bryant, sophomore class president. “It will be a wonderful time to get off campus, have great food and dance all night long.”
