Tommie Award 2008 voting ends today

Final voting for the 2008 Tommie Award ends today, Wednesday, Feb. 13. Students, faculty and staff may vote once online.

The award is presented to a St. Thomas senior who best represents the ideals of scholarship, leadership and campus involvement. The finalists are Daniel M. Miles, Susan M. Slattery and Dejen G. Tesfagiorgis. A profile and photo of each nominee is provided at the voting Web site.

When you access the ballot you will be prompted for your UST username and password. Remember to enter UST\ before your username. If the prompt rejects your username, enter (UST\yourusername)@stthomas.edu in the username field and then your standard password. If you are not sure of your password, visit the password Web site. The Tommie Award will be presented on Saturday, March 1, at the St. Thomas Day dinner. The award is sponsored by the Division of Student Affairs.
