University of Minnesota guest is March 31 biology speaker

Beta Beta Beta, St. Thomas' biology honor society, will host a lecture on Friday, March 31, by Nikolas Tsatsos of the University of Minnesota Department of Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and biophysics.

Tsatsos' lecture, "Glucose Activation and Cyclic AMP Repression of ChREBP are Distinct Signaling Events: A Two-Step Model of ChREBP Activation," begins at 3 p.m. in Room 313, O'Shaughnessy Science Hall. Snacks will be served at 2:45 p.m.
