Volunteer ushers needed for commencement celebrations
Thousands of guests will be at St. Thomas for commencement celebrations next weekend. Your help is needed to roll out the welcome mat!
Volunteer by Friday, May 12, to be an usher at the commencement ceremonies below. Your quick response is appreciated so plans for these special events can proceed.
- Graduate ceremony, 10 a.m. Saturday, May 20, in Schoenecker Arena: At least four more ushers are needed. Report at 8:15 a.m. for instructions and assignments and stay until noon. To volunteer, send e-mail to Mary Rausch in Alumni and Constituent Relations.
- Undergraduate ceremony, 2 p.m. Saturday, May 20, in O'Shaughnessy Stadium: At least 29 more ushers are needed. Report at 12:15 p.m. for instructions and assignments and stay until 5 p.m. To volunteer, send e-mail to Mary Rausch in Alumni and Constituent Relations.
- Graduate business ceremony, 7 p.m. Saturday, May 20, in Schoenecker Arena: At least five more ushers are needed. Report to the arena at 4 p.m. for instructions, assignments and setup and plan to stay until 9 p.m. To volunteer, send e-mail to Lisa Beecroft at the College of Business.
