Welcome, festival goers, basketball campers
Please welcome to campus Igbofest goers and basketball campers. They are with external organizations on campus this week.
- The Umunne Cultural Association of St. Paul hosts the annual Igbofest Saturday, Aug. 9, in the lower quad. (Rain site: Schoenecker Arena.) The association is an organization of Igbo-speaking people of Nigeria living in Minnesota. (See Igbofest story in this issue of Bulletin Today.)
- The John Tauer Championship Basketball Camp returns to campus this week while the campus says goodbye to the Sounds of Hope, which has spent the past seven weeks on campus in rehearsals and performing concerts throughout the Upper Midwest.
