Wellness Center names second e-CHUG contest winner
Jacob Wakem won this week's e-CHUG contest drawing for a $50 gift certificate to the UST Bookstore.
Take the e-CHUG survey now through Friday, April 3, and be entered to also win a $50 gift certificate to the UST Bookstore.
E-CHUG is a short online survey that provides survey takers with an accurate detailed assessment of their alcohol use. The survey takes about seven minutes to complete.
To enter, visit the Wellness Center Web site and click on the e-CHUG link.
At the end of the course, print out the verification of completion certificate and mail it to the Wellness Center, Mail #4025, or bring it to the center in Room 11, lower level of Koch Commons. Be sure to include your name and e-mail address on the certificate.
