The Wellness Center is asking students to respond to a two-question survey. The responses, which will be kept private, will help determine the kinds of prizes that students prefer to receive.

The Wellness Center will give a prize to all who complete the survey. After completing the survey, stop by the Wellness Center (during office hours) to pick up the prize.
