Sacred Arts Festival, Music Department Explore Arts, Unity, Understanding Between Differing Cultures and Peoples

On Friday, April 8, the University of St. Thomas Sacred Arts Festival and Music Department will present a program that explores how the arts can bring about unity and understanding between differing cultures and peoples.

Performers in the program include the Concert Choir and Liturgical Choir from the University of St. Thomas along with Cantus, one of America’s finest vocal chamber ensembles, and Nirmala Rajasekar, a world recognized performer of South Indian Classical (Carnatic) music.

The program begins at 8 p.m. in the Chapel of St. Thomas Aquinas. The event is free and open to the public.
