Career Development Center offers new leadership seminar Thursday
The Career Development Center is offering a new seminar on "Exploring Leadership." The session will be held from 2 to 3 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28, in Room 350, Murray-Herrick Campus Center.
What is leadership? What can a student do now to demonstrate leadership more effectively in interviews and jobs? Students can be strategic about development of their leadership skills and experience during their college years.
This discussion will help students explore the various definitions and dimensions of leadership and how they might apply them to the transition into employment experiences.
Lastly, participants will look at a few specific ways that they can prepare proactively during the undergraduate years.
