Current events forum is tomorrow
A “Challenge Yourself, Change Our World” current events forum will be held from 4 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19, in the "blue lagoon," the first-floor lounge in Murray-Herrick Campus Center.
Do you crave an opportunity to learn more about the current events that affect today’s society? Do you wish to learn ways to have a positive impact on society?
Examine how to apply your college experience to strengthen your potential for affecting change. Join the campus community for snacks and an open discussion of current events led by panelists educated in the areas of social justice issues, media perspectives, and forgiveness and reconciliation.
Come prepared with questions and openness to different viewpoints.
