Would you like to win a Tablet? There's a chance you might if you fill out the E-Chug survey on the Wellness Center's website. Print the certificate of completion at the end of the survey to be eligible to win a Tablet.
Write your name and email address on the back of the certificate and take it to the Wellness Center, located in the lower level of Koch Commons, or send it to Mail #4025.
