Bring your birdies and bogies to the annual Faculty and Staff Golf Tournament on Friday, May 27, at Oak Glen Golf Course in Stillwater. The cost of this social golf outing is $42, which includes greens fees for 18 holes, motorized carts, range balls, on-course prizes and lunch.
Check in will start at 7:30 a.m., followed by a shotgun start at 8 a.m. The tournament is open to current and former faculty and staff, and spouses. Each team must have at least two current faculty or staff members. If you have a team already organized, you are asked to submit your team members' names and UST IDs on the registration form at the link below. The maximum allowed per team is four.
If you are a single looking to play, have no fear; you will be matched with others. Teams of less than four will be matched with others to complete a team. If there are less than 100 registrants, the committee has the discretion to add a fifth member to a team. Tournament rules are available here.
To register, fill out the registration form by Wednesday, May 18. After completing the form, print it and bring it with your payment to Marie Aho in Aquinas Hall, Room 11 (lower level), between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. All players must pay in advance of the tournament.
This year’s tournament is limited to the first 100 registrants. Oak Glen requires final registration numbers by Friday, May 20; therefore no refunds can be given after this date. After May 20th, if you can’t play you are allowed to find a substitute.
The tournament will sponsor a food drive again this year; bring nonperishable food items to the course; look for signage at the course for the drop-off location.
