Government employment information session and job fair scheduled
In your job search, don't forget to consider government employment. To assist in that search, a State Government jobs information session will be held Oct. 17 on campus, and a Government Job and Internship Fair, which is open to UST students, will be held Oct. 22 at the University of Minnesota.
State of Minnesota internship and career opportunities
A human resources representative from the state of Minnesota will be on campus Wednesday, Oct. 17, to talk to students about internship and career opportunities with the state. This Minnesota Government jobs information session will cover topics such as government agencies and departments, and employment opportunities in the areas of information technology, accounting, finance and many others.
The session, a warm-up to the Oct. 22 Government Job and Internship Fair at the University of Minnesota, will begin at 5 p.m. in the Career Development Center, Room 355, Murray-Herrick Campus Center.

Government Job and Internship Fair
Interested in exploring internships or full-time positions with the federal or state governments?
The Career Development Center is co-sponsoring the Government Job and Internship Fair from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22, at the University of Minnesota's Coffman Memorial Union.
Employers will accept résumés and interview candidates for current and future positions. Presentations on various organizations and topics related to hiring will be held throughout the day.
