Governor to host national championship baseball team July 13
The national champion St. Thomas baseball team will meet with Gov. Tim Pawlenty on Monday, July 13. Coach Dennis Denning's Tommies will meet with Pawlenty in the governor’s reception room.
Advancing through the loser's bracket, the Tommies capped a 41-13 season and won the Division III national championship with back-to-back victories over Wooster (Wooster, Ohio), on May 26 in Grand Chute, Wis.
