The Graduate School of Professional Psychology within the College of Applied Professional Studies at the University of St. Thomas offers both Master of Arts (M.A.) and Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degrees in counseling psychology.
The programs offer a practitioner-scholar model of training, which emphasizes the importance of preparing counselors and psychologists to provide direct service to clients. The Graduate School of Professional Psychology is committed to addressing the diverse needs of students through a variety of learning strategies that create a supportive and challenging environment.
Dr. Christopher Vye, associate dean, will lead an information session tonight, Monday, June 21. The master’s program session begins at 5:30 p.m. with doctoral information following at 6:30 p.m. On Saturday, July 24, the master’s program information session begins at 9 a.m. with the doctoral session following at 10:30 a.m.
Both sessions will be held in Room 445C, Opus Hall, on the Minneapolis campus.
