Graduating seniors, commencement participants: Is your name on the list?
The undergraduate winter commencement list is updated weekly and posted outside of the Registrar’s Office – Room 106, Aquinas Hall. If your name does not appear on the list and you believe it should, re-check your degree evaluation for any missing or incomplete items (shown in red on your degree evaluation).
Students who have eight or fewer credits to complete after this term may participate in the December commencement ceremony. To request this exception, complete the exception request form and return it to the Registrar's Office in Room 106, Aquinas Hall, no later than Nov. 26.
Contact your faculty adviser or stop by Academic Counseling in Room 119, O'Shaughnessy Educational Center, for further clarification or problem resolution. Business majors should contact one of the business advisers in Room 128, McNeely Hall.
