Graduating seniors, commencement participants: Undergraduate commencement list posted
The undergraduate commencement list has been posted on the bulletin board outside of the Registrar’s Office – Room 106, Aquinas Hall. This list will be updated weekly through May 1. If your name does NOT appear on the list and you believe it should, re-check your degree evaluation for any missing or incomplete items.
Please contact your faculty adviser or Academic Counseling (OEC 119) for further clarification or problem resolution. If you are a business major, please contact one of the business advisers in Room 128, McNeely Hall.
Students who have eight or fewer credits to complete after this term may participate in the May commencement ceremony. To request this exception, please drop off a copy of your degree evaluation in the Registrar’s Office.
Within two business days, after your degree evaluation has been reviewed, you will receive either a graduation application via campus mail or an e-mail stating why you are not eligible to participate in the May ceremony.
