In a nationally distributed story for NBC, St. Thomas Law professor Thomas Berg commented on the use of a religious exemption to opt out of a COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
In an interview, Berg, a self-described “strong supporter of religious exemptions” and a religious liberty advocate, told NBC "he believes that there is a strong case to deny many of the religious claims and to test religious sincerity."
