At 1 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, an anticipated 30-minute phone outage for the St. Paul and Minneapolis campuses will occur while Information Resources and Technologies upgrades a portion of the university’s phone system. During the outage many phones will not work, calls coming in or leaving the university may be dropped or fail to connect, and voicemail may be unavailable.
