Have you been missing your UST telecom statements? Wondering why?
The system that is used to track long-distance phone calls, TelMaster, has been undergoing changes, which include how reports are created and generated; therefore, the monthly reports have been delayed.
The basic functions of the system continue to operate and the expenses for April, May and June have been posted to department accounts via the Business Office. In late July, you will receive all of the reports for the periods mentioned above. In early August the reports for July will be generated and a normal monthly schedule will resume.
Watch for news on future enhancements through the upcoming months.
