Knights of Columbus Council says thank you for coats, gloves, hats, scarfs
"The Knights of Columbus Council #11949 at the University of St. Thomas would like to thank the students and staff for all the coats and clothing donated during the recent coat drive on Nov. 27 and Dec. 2.
The Knights of Columbus Council at the University of St. Thomas collected more than 200 coats, gloves, hats and scarfs for the homeless.
"We collected more than 200 articles of clothing, including more than 85 coats and more than 40 pairs of gloves, hats and scarfs! Thank you for your generosity, St. Thomas Community.
"The coats and clothing will be brought to the Missionaries of Charity, Franciscan Brothers of Peace, and Sharing and Caring Hands, where they will be distributed to the homeless of the Twin Cities.
