Mailing Rules Change for International Shipping

The U.S. Postal Service has announced that it will no longer accept handwritten custom forms for international shipping. Customers must complete the custom form online and then may bring their items to the UST Post Office to have postage applied.

Custom forms may be completed online here.

All International packages, including APOs, FPOs and DPOs presented to Campus Mail Services must have evidence of online submittal of customs forms and may not bear postage stamps.

International packages that have handwritten customs forms or bear only postage stamps must be taken by the customer to the nearest U.S. Postal Service location for acceptance.

Campus Mail Services apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
