Final Money Talks Session to Cover Budgeting, Taxes, Investing, Paying Yourself First

St. Thomas undergraduate students are invited to the last session of Money Talks at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 27, in the 3M Auditorium, Owens Science Hall.

Money Talks is a series of three alumni-led discussions about what students should expect for their personal finances as students and after graduation, as well as advice on budgeting and managing money (however much or little).

Money Talks topics for tomorrow are: Your money as an undergrad – including budgeting, basic tax advice, the basics of investing, and how to pay yourself first with very little cash inflow.

The event, which is hosted by Undergraduate Student Government, will include a Q-and-A session with three knowledgeable alumni, a drawing for an iPod Touch, and a free dinner for all attendees.
