Please remember in your prayers Lois Deitz, wife of former Health and Human Performance professor and football coach DuWayne Deitz. Lois died Tuesday, May 20, after a long, progressive illness.
Lois and DuWayne raised three sons and one daughter – Dan, Doug, Dave and Lori – and all four graduated from St. Thomas. DuWayne coached football at St. Thomas from 1970-80; twice his teams won MIAC co-championships.
Visitation and funeral were held Tuesday, May 27, at Mount Olivet Lutheran Church in Minneapolis, with visitation at 10 a.m. The service followed at 11 a.m.
A light lunch will be served by the church following the service.
