Prepare for hourlong power outage March 20 on north campus

In order to make minor upgrades to the electrical systems on the north campus, a power outage will start at 7 a.m. Thursday, March 20, and will last for about one hour.
This outage will affect all buildings on the north campus with the exception of Morrison and Selby residences. It also will affect McNeely Hall, but none of the other buildings and houses on Summit or Grand avenues. The outage will not affect buildings on the south campus.
It is recommended that everyone turn off their computers before this outage (preferably the night before); also, do not use the elevators 15 minutes prior to the 7 a.m. outage to prevent getting stuck in one.
